Returns

The perfume must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.

The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

All seals, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Products that are not in their original packaging.

Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
